Part of the South Bank Riverfront park consisting of Skinner's Butte, Owen Rose Garden and Maurie Jacobs park. They are all connected by the river trail as well as a foot bridge to the north bank and Valley River Center.
Maurie Jacobs Park is accessible via a small road off of River road or by the River bank trail. By car heading North on Chambers/River road, take the first right (east) after the NW Expressway intersection.
The park is popular for soccer, biking and walking along the beautiful Willamette River.
